Questions About Network Monitoring

What does “operational” mean?

Operational means the listed service is responding normally within the general monitoring scope. Individual account conditions can still depend on region, configuration and access status.

Are the displayed load values live?

The public interface is designed to show general operating conditions. Exact internal metrics and sensitive infrastructure data are not published publicly.

What happens during scheduled maintenance?

Maintenance can involve gateway updates, storage verification, monitoring changes or capacity expansion. Relevant users are notified when their account may be affected.

How do I report an account-specific problem?

Use the support ticket system and select the affected service, region and issue category. Do not include passwords, private keys or seed phrases.

Does a high regional load mean my files are at risk?

No. Load describes infrastructure usage, not file integrity. Capacity controls, monitoring and queue management are used to maintain normal service operation.

Why are exact server metrics not public?

Detailed topology, device information and internal capacity data can create security risks. The public page therefore provides summarized service health information.

Can I receive incident notifications?

Approved users can receive relevant account, regional and security notifications according to their plan and communication settings.

Infrastructure visibility

Monitor the Network Before Accessing Your Vault

Review service health, regional conditions and maintenance notices before uploading, retrieving or restoring encrypted archives.

Status indicators provide a general public overview and do not constitute a service-level guarantee. Account availability, regional performance, transfer speed and maintenance impact depend on the approved configuration and active service conditions.
